Having successfully completed close to 250 business transformations and organization design projects, OTM’s deep expertise in these business solutions has translated into our being recognized as the go-to firm for up-skilling and development of internal change agents in organization design and change.  Since 2000, OTM has trained over 3,000 internal professionals including Human Resource [HR], Organization Effectiveness, Six Sigma and Lean, Middle and Line managers, front-line staff in our unique, hands-on and practical methods and tools.

Our approach to development is unique as well.  Imagine working on real case studies and/or projects or having real customers in the room while learning and applying the concepts, tools and methods...  We focus on staying “participant and business centric” throughout the training and development experience. Everything we do is about building personal meaning and relevance to the content being taught – an approach our customers find quite compelling indeed.
