A special thank you to everyone who attended our session on Intentional Business Transformation. We had a diverse group and additive to our prepared content, we covered several additional questions, including:

·         Transformation requires real leadership.  How do you get the leader ready to transform, to stay the course and continue to provide leadership?

·         How do you deal with change ''overload'' at the middle manager level?

·         How do you organize to drive Transformation, as opposed to the type of change leadership & change agent ''structure'' that is typically put in place to support large scale change efforts?

·         How do you know the leader(s) is/are ready to lead and stay the course?

·         Below the horizontal leadership alignment that you're discussed, what types of ''structures'' work well? (e.g. transformation teams, PMO, Kotter-type ''coalitions'', etc.)

·         When do you know the organization is ready for transformation?

·         Often ''Optimization'' is a key part of Phase 3 - how do we really optimize this change and make it even more impactful (e.g. lessons learned transfer)?

Our advice on Transformation...at no cost
Obtaining third-party perspective from an expert is often a very useful way to receive clarity on your work and efforts. We are always excited to discuss transformation work with anyone – the internal manager tasked with implementation, the executive sponsor reviewing a proposal for transformation, or the transformation leader struggling with any part, at any stage, of the transformation process. We also provide assessments and reviews of transformation efforts, so do not hesitate to reach out if you’d like to discuss your project on an informal and confidential basis.  Our informal assessments carry no fee or commercial risk on your part, so you have an opportunity to leverage our many years of successful transformation work experience and apply them to your planned, active, or post-transformation work.
Let us know if you’d like OTM to take a look at your transformation work.
