We are pleased to follow-up our December announcement that an ON THE MARK white paper on organization design for Human Resources was accepted for publication into WorldatWork Journal, a peer-reviewed academic publication with over 26,000 subscribers. You can read the abstract of the article here

WorldatWork is a not-for-profit organization providing education, conferences and research focused on global human resources issues including compensation, benefits, work-life and integrated total rewards to attract, motivate and retain a talented workforce.
A Critical Review of The Three-Box Model for HR Organization Design is now available to WorldatWork members. Publication of the printed, combined Q1/Q2 journal is expected in early June.
We appreciate all of the feedback provided to us on earlier versions of the white paper. In the interest of furthering the effectiveness of HR, we'd be delighted to have your comments and welcome any discussions on the current state of HR Design.
