Simon Davies, Principal Consultant at ON THE MARK, has elected to take an internal, senior management position with a UK-based organization. While we are sorry to see Simon move on, we appreciate the significance of the new opportunity he has accepted as well as the motivation to travel less and enjoy more time on the ground in the UK, where his family is based.
In his tenure with OTM, he was an integral part of the OTM team, planning and delivering many significant organization realignments, transformations and redesigns – steering our customers towards a more successful future during his three-year tenure. He positively influenced many delegates during our numerous deliveries of OTM’s Organization Design, Accelerating Change and Internal Consulting workshops throughout North America, the UK and EU.
We are confident he will be hugely successful in his new endeavor and look forward to hearing about his continued success.
